1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LumaTry, whether as a business client or an end-user, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the platform.

2. Services Provided

LumaTry offers a browser-based virtual try-on solution for businesses in the beauty and related industries, enabling customers to preview products in real time.

3. Use of the Platform

  • Business clients are responsible for ensuring that their staff and customers use LumaTry appropriately.

  • The platform may only be used for lawful purposes in accordance with these Terms.

  • End-users (customers) may use the try-on service without creating accounts or providing personal data.

4. Licensing & Ownership

  • LumaTry grants business clients a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for commercial purposes.

  • All software, technology, and content remain the intellectual property of LumaTry.

  • Clients may not resell, sublicense, or reproduce the platform without written consent.

5. Branding & Customization

  • Business clients may upload logos, brand colors, and product ranges for customization.

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring they hold the rights to any branding materials or product images they provide.

6. Data & Privacy

  • LumaTry does not store or sell personal end-user data.

7. Payment & Subscription

  • Access to LumaTry is subscription-based according to the chosen plan (Basic, Pro, Premium, or custom).

  • Payments must be made on time. Failure to do so may result in suspension of services.

  • Prices and plans are subject to change with prior notice.

8. Refunds for Yearly Subscriptions

  • If a client cancels a yearly subscription and requests a refund, LumaTry will deduct fees related to setup and installation, hosting, and any other work already delivered before calculating the refundable amount.

  • Refunds for monthly plans are not typically offered except where required by law.

9. Limitations of Liability

  • LumaTry is provided “as is” and we make no guarantees that it will be error-free or uninterrupted.

  • We are not liable for indirect damages, including lost profits or business interruptions, resulting from use of the platform.

10. Termination of Service

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if a client breaches these Terms.

  • Clients may cancel their subscription at any time according to their plan’s conditions.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lebanon.
